Welcome to YFlows (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Sequence Editor, Sequence Playback, and Pose Information features (collectively, the "Services"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Use of the Services

  • You may access and use the Services to create, edit, and review yoga or fitness sequences, including pose arrangements and flow visualizations.
  • You are responsible for ensuring any content you create or follow (such as poses or practice sequences) is appropriate for your physical condition and experience level.

2. No Medical or Fitness Advice

The Services may include visual or textual guidance for yoga and fitness poses, sequences, or practices.

This information is provided for general educational and informational purposes only, and does not constitute medical advice, fitness instruction, or professional guidance.

Always consult with a qualified health or fitness professional before beginning any new physical activity.

3. Assumption of Risk

Your use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

You acknowledge that practicing yoga, fitness poses, or movement sequences carries inherent risks, including injury, strain, or aggravation of existing conditions.

You accept full responsibility for your participation and waive any claims against the Site or its operators.

4. No Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, YFlows and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

  • Injuries or physical harm,
  • Property damage,
  • Loss of data or access,
  • Or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. General Use and Conduct

  • You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or harmful activity.
  • You may not misrepresent pose sequences as medically endorsed or safe for all users.
  • You must not disrupt the operation of the Site or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Pose Information and Data

Individual pose information, including pose names, descriptions, anatomical details, and basic instructional content, is made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license CC-BY-SA 4.0. You are free to use, share, and adapt this pose information in accordance with the terms of that license.

6.2 Sequences and Flows

Yoga sequences, flows, and the specific arrangements of poses created through our Services are the purpose of the platform. By creating or uploading sequences to YFlows, you grant us broad commercial rights to use, modify, distribute, and sell this sequence data as part of our business operations. While you may use sequences you create for personal practice and teaching, YFlows retains the right to commercialize sequence data, including through licensing, partnerships, or direct sales.

6.3 Platform and Design

The YFlows platform, including its design, user interface, software, and unique features, is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. All content, code, graphics, logos, and other materials on the platform are © 2025 YFlows and/or its licensors. All rights reserved.

You may use the platform for its intended purposes but may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself without our express written permission. This includes but is not limited to the platform's source code, design elements, branding, and proprietary algorithms.

6.4 User-Generated Content

When you create sequences or contribute content to YFlows, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and commercialize your content. This includes the right to incorporate your sequences into paid products, services, or partnerships. While you may continue to use your own sequences, you acknowledge that YFlows may generate revenue from sequence data created on our platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates your acceptance.

BY USING YFLOWS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS, AND THAT YOU USE THE SITE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
