Description
Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana, also called Butterfly Pose) opens the hips by deeply stretching the inner thigh adductor muscles and groin. The soles of the feet are together and knees fall outward, so the hip external rotators are released, while the core and back muscles engage lightly to keep an upright spine.
